## Windows

* Currently can't get validation layers to work
* Running vulkaninfoSDK.exe gives you information about the GPU but no libraries.

## Linux

* Need the vulkan-validationlayers
* Might also need vulkan-utility-libraries-dev
* vulkaninfo
* export VK_LAYER_PATH=/usr/share/vulkan/explicit_layer.d
